I am a third year graphic design student, and as of November 2019 freelance graphic communicator for IKEA Communications, based in Jakobstad, Finland. I’ve worked on a wide range of projects ranging from print & web design to marketing, and illustrations. A specific interest of mine is creating and working with branding and visual identities.
In the autumn of 2019 I undertook an internship at IKEA Communications in the department for Production and Store Communications. These ten weeks in Älmhult, Sweden were an amazing first-hand learning experience for me to gain an insight into all stages of global marketing and communication strategies of multinational brands like IKEA. I currently work as a freelancer for the same department on the side of my studies.
I am originally from the countryside of Ostrobothnia, Finland. I am bilingual - fluent in Swedish and English - with basic skills in Finnish and German.
Other passions of mine include experiencing new places, cute patterns, chubby cats, and caring for our planet.
